Shipping & Returns
Domestic shipping
We offer standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands from £3.20. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect.
UK deliveries provided by Royal Mail
Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.
International shipping
We ship to countries around the world including Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia from £5.80.
International Custom fees & Duties
International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.
Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
Returns
Nieche offers a strict 14 day return/exchange policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase from Nieche, here's what you'll need to do;
Item(s) must be unworn and unmarked (we thoroughly inspect every item(s) before they leave us and any returns will go through the same inspection).
Before you post the item(s) please email info@niecheldn.com for a returns authorisation number and return postal address, as any returns sent without this number displayed will be refused and the cost will not be accepted by Nieche.
Please return your item(s) using a signed for or tracked service to guarantee safe arrival of the parcel as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Once returns are received and inspected, a full refund or exchange will be authorised.
International Returns

All returned merchandise from the USA should be declared as a "Return of United States of America Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.
